Wow….I have never been a smoker, so quitting has never been an issue for me. But I had no idea that we could use apps on our phones to help quitting. What a fab idea. The ones showing the health benefits seem particularly powerful to me. I hope the help anyone looking to quit.

Nowadays, you can almost use apps on our cell phones for pretty much anything. And although quitting smoking is pretty hard, I also believe that having a reminder in our phones will really help smokers in their attempt to quit smoking. I also believe that some smokers that are not thinking on quitting will probably start thinking about quitting when they become aware on how much money they spend on tobacco.
Cool! I am not really sure if I can quit smoking that easily but its worth to try. 🙂
